Andrew served as Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association Dispute Resolution Section. He also served as President of the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators ﴾NJAPM﴿, the state’s largest organization devoted to mediation.

His Alternative Dispute Resolution ﴾ADR﴿ Services include Mediation, Conflict Management; Conflict System Design: Organizational Conflict Analysis; and Arbitration. He is an Accredited Professional Mediator ﴾APM﴿.
